    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    If you change your mind about any of the products or sizing (it happens sometimes) we can refund the purchase price or exchange it for something else of equal value. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.Items must be unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused with all the original tags attached.


    Sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange. 


    Faulty Items 

    Our items are all of the highest quality. We thoroughly check and carefully package your order, before sending it on it's way.If however, if something is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the sample shown, we will happily meet our legal and good natured obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.Shipping costs can’t be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren't returning. That’s fair, right?

    Exchanges

    For change of mind or sizing, postage will need to be paid at the rate of $8.95, within Australia, at the customers expense as well as the cost of freight to return the goods. Return the item to be exchanged to the above address. Be sure to include a note with your name, order details and what you are exchanging for.   


    Overseas Orders will be case by case as International shipping costs are a lot higher, please get in contact to discuss.  


    Refunds

    Once you have contacted us to discuss your return, please send the item back to us at the above address (unless otherwise arranged). Your refund will be processed once we have received your returned item in it's original condition. Freight to return the goods is at the customers expense.If you have any questions at all regarding an exchange or refund, please contact us.Remember, we cannot offer a refund during a SALE period
